"The COO micro-manages the division. He has no backbone and does not take responsibility for his division. He manages through fear and creates an unstable working environment. He is not respected and if often the source of jokes."

"Stop the double dipping. Once an individual decides to leave (retire or otherwise) they should not be able to continue working there. Every individual that has left (including retired) and came back, does so with an attitude that makes it difficult for everyone else."
