I always felt like I did not belong and I could not do anything right or at least be part of their circle. This is not necessarily the rule for all insurance agent offices but it was what I felt while working for this particular small office in a small town."

"My suggestions and recommendations would be that the office keep their word about pay increases and possible advancements. I was told once I received my insurance license, I would get a pay increase, and it never happened. The agent in charge was very nice, but it was obviously a small town operation where I never belonged."
