"I felt like they did not investigate as to what some of the issues were when the process could have been improved if they would have."

"I started with StateFarm in 2011. The company used to be a very fun place to work. But recently the company has become a major numbers place. If your numbers aren't good enough you get fired. They are trying to cut costs but it is affecting company morale all over the enterprise."
