"Make sure you are on the same page with the manager. Ask questions."

What don't you like about working at State Farm Insurance?

"I was retained at this job when the previous agent retired. The current agent offered me a salary of $15,000 less than I was making but advised I would get commission, and I felt I could make up the difference with hard work. But once the new agent started, no commission has ever been paid. We did receive a bonus that was split between four people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest consistency. I believe this is very important to have a level of consistency in the work environment."
