"I have worked at the current office for three and a half years but have worked for the company a little over four years now. Every office is different in regards to compensation and the way the office is run. The company has everything set up to make it easy to do work. In order for you to grow you would have to leave the current office and become a business owner."

"After working for State Farm Insurance for 25 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this very financially stable company. No corporation is perfect, as there will always be employee complaints. That being said, I choose to focus on the good of a company versus trending down that path. I'm thankful for a great 25 years, as the company taught me life lessons personally and professionally. I wouldn't trade it for anything."

"I've worked for State Farm Insurance for almost 32 years. The company takes a strong stance in training to assist in one's success. The company has taught be to be extremely flexible, dependable and most of all, a dedicated employee. Unfortunately, the company made some changes in order to remain competitive causing my department to be laid off. I'm truly grateful for the many opportunities afforded to me and treasure the friendships I have made throughout my career."

"I've worked at State Farm since February 2008. It's very easy to move up in this company as well as move around if you're flexible. I think the jobs are great. My only downside is the pay when compared with what you're doing and what other companies are paying."
