"A good company with too much competition to maintain its high prices. Different agents have different work ethic and when you work under an agent not willing to put in the money needed to produce results, you are trapping yourself in a position to fail - especially when different agents bounce ideas off one another. One also needs to understand that sometimes less is more and one needs to start and finish an important task before piling up more on their employees."
