"The State of California is a secure entity and provides a diverse opportunity for those who can relocate to Sacramento. As for the attainment of promotions in any other city, the opportunities are limited due to the policies of old which favor governance from a center (Capitol) instead of global diversion."

"the gov' cut back on our hours when the permanent workers hours were cut."

"The State of California suffers from utilising a 60 year old mainframe with a series of retrofit emulations. The users are accustomed to working with key strokes to do their job and are unionised. State workers work in an inverse culture that suffers from exclusiveness rather than inclusive unconscious bias. These are the challenges I take on willingly and unselfishly."
