"Low salary for the range of work that is required to be performed and the accuracy necessary in order not to be fine by a regulatory agency."

"There is lots of paperwork for something as simple as swapping out a bad hard drive."

"Accept input from staff on improvements as they are close to the problem."

"More training, better supervision, better working conditions, more communication throughout factory"

"Just be yourself, I really don't think they screen the applicants very well..."

"There are so many lazy people here! I can do the same amount of work in half the time."

"Review all the staff's performance and get ride of those that are not productive!"

"The State of California is a secure entity and provides a diverse opportunity for those who can relocate to Sacramento. As for the attainment of promotions in any other city, the opportunities are limited due to the policies of old which favor governance from a center (Capitol) instead of global diversion."

"I've worked for them for a couple of years and I like the company, you're caring for someone that needs the help. I used to make meals three times a day, take her to her appointments and make sure she takes her meds on time and if there were days she couldn't do for herself I would do for her and so woke her up the days she needed her treatment."
