"This is a state run facility so make sure that you are very to the point about any legal questions."

"There is no room for growth or pay increases and limited budgets."

"Increase pay for employees. Upgrade all of the facilities. Do a better job of employee retention"

"the gov' cut back on our hours when the permanent workers hours were cut."

"there were 4200 people in the building everyday and security was very tight"

"they should have a better way of identifing employees that did not wear uniforms"

"I like everything about my job but there is a wave of budgetary cuts coming that is out of my control and may have a tremendous impact on the State."

"Keep up the good work and aggressively embrace change management techniques that enable you to do more with less."

"I like the generous vacation time earned as well as multiple holidays."

"It really depends on the interviewer. Show them that you are eager to work hard and learn."

"Too many lazy individuals. The amount of work done by 3-5 employees could be done by 1-3 employees if they weren't lazy."

"I would understand that employee morale is overall very important."

"It's more pragmatic with regard to policy changes and structure."

"I've been taking on more and more challenging tasks and taking on more responsibility without a promotion or raise."

"Without structure it gets a little harried at times, but it's nice to dictate my own work load and projects."

"I'd promote the underling who's busting his chops all the time!"
