"Be aware that CA offers great salary and benefits but that it is a stockholder owned company and must meet certain quarterly plateaus causing constant layoff of personnel."

"When you are in doubt about the meaning behind a question, remember to say that you will defer to Management or that your job is to serve Management. If you hit it off well with an Executive level person, be sure to stay in close contact and you will go far."

"Remove Examiners from State employees' union and put them on a par with other states' and federal examiners, remove current management and recruit new management from bank compliance executives"

"If you've worked in the private sector for a very long time , the State will be a rude awakening..."

"they cant keep me busy enough, I can't promote at this time unless I want to LOOSE money due to furloughs, and there are openings"

"The company has been retrenching for years. They create few new products internally, and most products are obtained from acquisitions. Make sure you know what you're looking for."

"Cubicles. Producing more code was valued rather than producing quality code. Code architecture was based on buzz words, rather than the problem to be solved. Loss of buying power of my salary by inadequate raises, as compared to true inflation."
