"Great people and benefits but would have liked stronger upper managment."

What do you like about working at State of California?

"I really enjoyed the people I worked with at CA. Even though I am no longer with CA, we still keep in touch."

What don't you like about working at State of California?

"In the recent years, cutbacks in the company (eliminating annual picnics, holiday gatherings, etc) appeared to lead to a decrease in morale in the local office. Coming to work was not as fun as before."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Find a way to have occasional company non-work activities so that the employees can bond in a relaxed environment."
