"These guys don't know what they're doing. Po?PCH & provider change every hour. There is not one professional adult who knows how to handle the work load. They have no support system or give any kind of appreciation to staff. They are very adamant about not believing inmates' word but yet believe anything from anybody except their own staff. There is too much backstabbing people who enjoy watching others struggle. They never have enough supplies but yet expect work to be up to code. I was hired on as a custodian, told to sign paperwork as custodial supervisor and completed job descriptions of a superintendent. Then scolded for doing so and told we are not supervisors. Then told we are supervisors. But do not get supervisors pay. The work doesn't comply with job duties of a custodian. I sent that fraud to put an ad and hire employees as custodian but assigned duties that don't match and be underlayer. Oh yes, most important is not providing proper training to fit the location of employment... and so much more. These guys need to be audited because crook is short for crooked. Cal PIA/HFM is the most unorganized, stressful waste of the state's money. Nothing is done by the book that they strongly enforce."
