"My time with Starwood was brief but as Global L&D Manager I gained tremendous experience working with L&D contacts across the world. I was able to draw upon my creative side to develop 5 highly interactive learning models, customize our LMS system to each brand and be a part of the next generation of service culture by developing and facilitating classroom sessions for our L&D leaders."
