"The place is a joke. I was hired to do modeling and ended up doing middle school level data entry. Went from working on a trading floor pricing CDSs to renaming documents. Stay away from this black void; you will feel your IQ slipping."

"I am well compensated and the work schedule is flexible and there is no micro-managing."

"The days are long & the work is tedious, the initial large raises and quick promotions are alluring but become less frequent and less lucrative as time goes on. It's a good job if you are interested in finance and are suited to the work."

What don't you like about working at Standard & Poor's?

"My work is boring, repetitive, and involves sitting in front of two computer screens all day, which can sometimes last 12 hours, overtime is required and my co-workers are lazy & unmotivated which shows up in their work."

"I would create an environment of encouragement and growth-opportunities that allow employees to flourish within their positions and gain the skills and experience necessary to move on when ready."
