"The Camp Director may seem scary, but he's a nice guy. Having the right reasons for wanting to serve at the camp is very important."

"People are often put into positions without adequate training and it tends to take a long time before problems are given their proper attention and resolved."

"Seek out ideas (and how to implement them) for improvement from people of all levels of experience serving with the camp."

"I probably have to be in his shoes to know how is to run a company w/ 1000 employees!"

"I worked at Mazda for almost 20 years. It is a good company to work for as far as benefits are concerned. Salaries are maybe not as high as at other places for certain jobs. If you work hard and are well respected, it is a good place to work."

"Be sure you take a job that fits your skill sets. Don't try to over sell yourself just to get a job. That hurts everyone else on the team as well as you because you may become frustrated in your job."

"Some people were in the wrong jobs for their skills. Seemed to be hard to get these people repositioned."

"Would suggest that people who don't seem happy or fit for their positions be moved to new positions sooner so that teams can be more effective."

"It's run by an MSN experienced nurse, they are intuitive with their per diem nurses and support their staff well."

"Stand up for the salary you want, housing subsidies and travel allowances should be included in all travel contracts."

"No benefits such as retirement, bonuses, and medical benefits are paid out of my salary. There is also no paid time off."

"Please strive to keep your employees happy and healthy, by offering bonuses at the end of contracts, incentives for efficiency, 401 K options,"
