I also feel like some of my co workers could have worked with me more to help me understand how everything worked at Boeing. But they had a lot on there plate also. It was a kind of sink or swim atmosphere. But I still liked it."

"Be honest when answering questions, as good ethics are of utmost importance."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"Down-sizing is demoralizing for those still working and it makes it difficult to focus at times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep the workplace environment as up-beat as possible. Have frequent staff meetings to let employees know what is happening within the company."

"The satisfaction of my work helping others be more effective at their jobs"

"Good company, good benefits, and good people. No real tips other than it Health Net was good to me."
What don't you like about working at Health Net?
"During the end of my career there, Health Net laid off 70% of their IT staff. They did it very well, but it was still a very trying time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Beware of offshoring. The price sounds fine, but make sure that you can guarantee the performance you need."

"Not the worst organization to work for but not the best either."
What do you like about working at Compuware?
"Compuware was flexible and forgiving about assignments. I was on an assignment and had vacation plans -- I walked out of that assignment and went on vacation for one month and there were no repercussions about it. In a couple of months after my return I was back on assignment -- one that lasted nearly three years."
What don't you like about working at Compuware?
"Pay was inadequate, inability to find work in my locale. It seems in two regional markets (one of them mine) CPWR got itself blacklisted and was unable to recover from that. They withdrew their presence in one of those markets and are about out of the other one."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Integrate products & services more closely. When possible let services lead the way - they are used to figuring out client's real problems and know how to solve them."
