St. Joseph's College Employee

"In general, St. Joseph's College is flexible and benevolent. As long as no one sees you as a threat, most interaction with colleagues (including co-workers and superiors) will be friendly and wise. There is opportunity for growth as an employee, and as a person, if you are open-minded, reliable and resourceful.Be prepared to put your foot down if you work as one of their less-endowed workers (sans benefits, sick leave, etc.). Two of my former supervisors will take advantage of your credibility when your loved ones need you most. My advice to them: have a heart!"
