"I worked in psych building. director is a total and I mean total tyrant and control freak. has to micromanage everything. other buildings ok to work in but dont go to psych . extreme practices of favoritism and the BUDDY system. very unfair with scheduling, assignments, and float practices. nothing fair and square about that psych building. only good if youare a friendof a friend if you catch my drift.dirty filthy building in dire need of some TLC. greedy greedy management, admissions up117% over last year but she wont put a nickel into the building other than to purchase more surviellance cameras to monitor the staff. the computers we are forced to use are from the early 1980s (no joke) the bathrooms stink of urine and are filthy. if you want toilet paper you better bring your own. also several nurses have been beaten up by violent patients, andthe management of Behavioral Health coud not care less. they make no bones about it. they treatthe staff like DIRT and then some. Someone should call OSHA. needless to say turnover is HUGe and morale is lower than low"
