"The company management team displayed Bias Practices forcing individuals to either retire, job changes, and moral issues. The environment can be extremely difficult due to management bias practices."

"I've worked at SSA for the past two years. For the most part the training was very stressful and difficult to understand. Also the ability to move up into being a full BA was to strict and difficult. But overall I enjoyed the time that I had spent with my co-workers and boss. Overall I wouldn't say that it was a positive experience but it really was an interesting one."

"I worked for the social security administration for 10 months as a decision writer. The work I did involved a lot of detail oriented writing where knowledge of medical terms and legal terms is very important I appreciated having the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge with them. They have to make decisions with limited information working under tight deadlines."
