"This company is very unorganized. If you work in the office it can be decent and they usually hold onto those employees for an entire project or maybe multiple. If you are a field hand it is a constant revolving door. The paychecks are always a check never direct deposit, and you are just a number, if you are there just for a check good if you want a career not going to happen."
