"This is a seasonal job, though the staff I worked with were great, the owners of the company didn't seem to care about their employees. I loved the fast paced work environment as well as job duties, but the pay was not enough for the type of work. I believe that if the company focused more on what its employees needs were they would be better off. Profit in a company isn't everything, when the employees you have are not even considered as help but rather looked over. Not much of a team."
