"My previous employment at SPT Holdings had many challenges. The most prevelant was having limited control of the routes and schedules that we faced daily. Leadership was helpful at times but usually they are either at corporate or other areas that require their attention. I was able to build a good working relationship with my team and getting to know most of them on a more personal level."
