"I enjoyed my time at Sprouts. My coworkers were generally very nice, as well as the customers. I believe the prices were good, and they definitely cared a lot about customer experience in their store. I think some of the practices were not especially beneficial to the employees or the store in general, and organization and management felt a bit weak at times. Pay was ok, but not especially good. Hours were inconsistent. Prior experience was underappreciated. Relatively low on employees at any given time."

"Sprouts is a great place to work. That's just it. If you are looking for a career then this company is not the place for you. The pay is not competitive and not worth the knowledge and expertise that employees, such as myself, has to offer. It is a great stepping stone for better possibilities. However, don't lose the valuable information that you learn. It can come in handy when venturing into new opportunities."

"Sprouts is not a company teaching me for my future. I'm desperately looking for something that strongly benefits me. While they have supported my schooling and made it possible for me to go to school, I dont wish to remain there forever."

"Sprouts, unfortunately, has taken up the same practice of making money and not taking care of its employees. Employees are just a number. Management only cares about itself. All it wants is production and sales unless you're a favorite of a manager or on your own."
