"I've been in this job many years. It was a great place to work for a few years. Management has made it a terrible place to work. The last Superintendent ruined us financially. It is full of people looking to get their people in positions; whether they are qualified or not. Now, it's every man, or woman, for themselves (or their friends). Not a great place to work."
