"Don't. Just don't. The phone interview is a joke. They'll know before calling if they want to hire you. Make salary needs known up front so you aren't disappointed."
What don't you like about working at SpotXchange?
"Nepotism and sexism abound! The fact that they're a 'founding member' of NCWIT is a ruse. Especially in the engineering team! If you were buddies with the right people, you had it made. Otherwise, get ready to give up your family time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Time to grow up, get your salaries in line with other companies in the area, and send your execs to HR training. Nepotism/cronyism bad!!!"
