What do you like about working at Daily News?

"I loved writing. I enjoy people so I fostered some good relationships with my contacts. I also enjoy working with and writing about kids. In addition, I love sports."

What don't you like about working at Daily News?

"Working nights and weekends hindered my personal relationships. Management was unclear about its objectives and wasn't leadership oriented. Managers weren't leaders, they were promoted editors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Leaders aren't made. They are born."
