"I have worked at Spillman for 10 years. I have seen it grow to almost double the employees. Unfortunately that growth was not smart growth as the company now struggles to even sustain the bottom line. I have had to perform a RIF of employees two times in the last 6th months, while the CEO still provided annual raises less than a month before. For being a fastest growing companies 2 years in a row I can't figure out what kind of mismanagement is happening at the CEO level."

The day to day interactions with our superiors allowed us to ask questions quickly and easily, without feeling insignificant, and without being talked down to.Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and would consider working there."
