"Working at Spectrum Chemicals and Laboratory Products is like working in a small company. Everyone knows each other. The salary is competitive. You will find that many of the employees have stayed with the company 5, 10, 15 years. The company does do luncheons for the holidays and has other great benefits. You get something for your birthday, anniversaries of being with the company and there are opportunities to become employee of the month. There are a lot of oppotunities to learn a lot about the chemical industry."
