"Knowledge of internet commerce management would be a great edge. And on a personal level, alot of the internal staff is of Chinese decent so having a background with Chinese or knowledge of the culture would be a real plus to impress the management in an interview there."

"Expand the oportunities for all levels to grow and expand knowledge. To allow education to develop internally instead of on an individual basis. For all members of the team to develop and grow together."
