"Job safety is good.HR is good. Good paymaster. Company culture is not good. Work pressure and timings are bad."

"Too much pressure and less recognition. Also Lack of transparency. Expecations are too high from employee. Timings are more and have to work more than 9:30 hours."

"Manager should counsel team time to time and discuss the vision of company."

"I use to love this company and what it stood for and the reputation that it once had unfortunately over the last three years the reputation and expectations of this company has dwindled away. Sad state of affairs"

"Unfortunately, at this time I would tell others to look elsewhere. Once again sad state of affairs"

"The lack of leadership and experience to be able to motivate by example not by fear."

"Hire someone who has the experience of being a leader."

"Most of the junior staff and middle managers are great people...too good for the likes of that place"

"Run!! Go work somewhere else. Del Taco would be better than this place."
What don't you like about working at University of California, Irvine?
"The AVC, Deputy Director and most of the senior staff, with the exception of Joe Rizkallah. The AVC in charge of the office is a controlling, rude, unethical, self-serving SOB who lives to put his staff down to make himself feel like a man."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop trying to control people and start treating your staff with respect. The fact that the staff performs well is not because of your hard-line tactics. It is despite your treatment of them that they are so good."
