"I enjoyed working with some of the people there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be careful even if you get a pay-plan in writing they will find a way to rip you off. They said they would relocate you then charge you for the relocation. They are financially in trouble and you get no support from top management."
What don't you like about working at Rimrock Auto Group?
"The pay, the way they pay, they are in financial trouble, close to bankrupt, lost Chrysler, Jeep and about to lose Pontiac. No inventory, they triple pack cars so not many can make money there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was in management. There wasn't much support. Bad reputation in a small community hurt their market share."
