"I've worked for Regional Health since 2015. It is a great work environment, where everyone works together as a team throughout the hospital to provide the best care possible for our patients. There is plenty of opportunities for advancement and to grow your knowledge in the medical field. If you're new to the medical field your coworkers are guaranteed to help you succeed if your willing to put in the work and effort. Two cons would be pay and health benefits are both less than desired throughout the state of SD."
