"The ability to let the client leave with exactly what they need! With access to over 60 brands, making the sale is easy! The easy going, non intimidating enviorment encourages clients to stay and play and try all Space NK has to offer...and get expert advice in the interim."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you have a broad base of beauty knowledge, share it! You'll fit right it..and much easier I might add if you have had multiple brand experience. Being a well rounded candidate in both skincare and color will be a great appeal to the one you interview with."

What don't you like about working at Space.NK?

"The huge communication gap between store and middle and corporate has a lot to be desired. Good intentions but lots of room for improvements!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work out the kinks, run scenarios, try it yourself before presenting to store level! Things always appear easier that they are if you've never tried it before!"
