"Don't get discouraged when others don't support you. Just find a way to encourage them to cooperate. A reward system works better than a punishment."

"Change the time of elections so that the training occurs right before taking the position. I did not receive training until 2 months into my term."

"I have way too much downtime at work and I don't have enough opportunities to be challenged. I don't feel comfortable being myself."
