"I enjoy the freedom and support that I get from my peers and managers to implement ideas that I feel would be beneficial to the overall improvement of the production and quality of our products."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be confident in your presentation of your skills. Do not embellish your abilities just to get the job, it will show through if you get the job and can't perform at the level that you had presented. Being a small company requires that everyone perform at a high level."

What don't you like about working at SouthPack?

"I don't like the limited career and advancement opportunities available at this company. There are no eductional or training benefits to improve my skills without completely doing so on my own. the work environment is less than desireable due to older machinery and small company financial constrictions that limit the apgrading of the current situation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they allow a little more for risk investment rather than focusing on being the lowest cost producer just to get a job. Once the margins get so thin, it's tough to absorb unforeseen costs in order to be profitiable."
