"I came to Southland in late 2017 and worked in California and Nevada. I must say they have a great safety culture and are focused on zero accidents and it shows. Being adaptable to new situations and having to adjust to constant changes in the construction industry are a must. I found my managers helpful and was glad to have this company as a foundation for my Safety career."
