SouthernCare Hospice Employee

"Prior to Curo taking over it was the most amazing place to work, since then it has gone downhill, main focus is the dollars and not the patients or employees, our old supervisor was absolutely great, since her departure it is getting worse, no support, does not engage in conversation or getting to know her staff. Regional supervisors so spread out there is lack of direction or support. Laurie was the best boss I have ever had, she was able to blend fun and work. showed great respect to all and with trust. Not the same place, do not work here, I am currently looking for another job, hoping to follow Laurie. Others are looking as well, especially the nurses due to no support from new boss. Laurie would step up and help in a moment's notice. This company does not care, we are only numbers and all they focus on is revenue and giving out bonuses to the marketers for meeting their numbers. POOR COMPANY to work for. RUN RUN RUN, do not stop, just RUN away from this company."
