"The utility industry will undergo changes; such as, competition. They are current reducing and outsourcing as much work as possible in order to stream line costs. With all these changes your job is always at risk. The stability is no longer there and management red tape is larger."

"I have worked at SCE for almost 7 years. The company's culture is a major hindrance for upward mobility and is finally going thru major changes at the expense of good employees. The work life balance is good, however, is not adhered by all at the management level."
