"I worked at this boutique dealership since 2018. I enjoyed the location and the fact that it wasn't a monstrosity and an eyesore. I have a great relationship with my sales manager and was able to continually perform at the highest level. However, the CEO and principal owner began to slash our commission. Not the best way to treat the engine room that makes every other position viable."
