"Sales is a tough business that not everyone is cut out for. Explain the possibilities of a slowage of income during slow periods of the year. Must really look at one's self and determine if they have the ability to weather thru the rough times."

"Mishandling of funds led to longer waits for Motor Vehicle work, trying to explain situation to customers, 12 hours days when asked"

"Nothing, best team to work for, would still be there in current economy if it were not for CEO/Owner"

"once I got the place in the shape that it should be, it was relatively an easy position. when there was a challenge, I loved it."

"agree with anything the doctors say, don't engage in their complaints"

What don't you like about working at South Shore Hospital?

"the two doctors and they way they chose to run the practice. some doctors like a yes man and, if you are not, it is beneficial to change and do things their way. they didn't always stand by the manager, and in not doing so, took credibility away from that person. once this happens, the staff does not respect the person."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"take suggestions, don't be so antiquated, let someone with managerial skills run the practice, taking into account the experience they have, let them evaluate the employees and stand by the manager's decisions."
