"I have worked at SC Exteriors since 2013. I love the people I am employed by. It has been a great learning experience over the last few years seeing the ends and outs of management and construction. If it wasn’t for the inability to move farther up the ladder then I would stay with my company until the end. Over the last few months I have began to think more about future and planning ahead and this current job do not provide me with the stability and growth I need long term."
