"I love the fact that I work at my own pace. This could mean never looking up in the day when it is really busy but, it also means I have an extra few minutes other days. I have great respect for all of those I am in touch with and get the same treatment from most."

What do you like about working at Bobcat Company?
"The opportunity to travel, # of holidays, and amount of vacation."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The interview process tends to be long with many interviews. You may not here back for weeks as most positions require approval from Doosan in Korea. Many situational questions in interview."
What don't you like about working at Bobcat Company?
"Advancement is hard to come by. Expected hours are much more than the standard 40. Meeting goals and expectations are not rewarded. Benefits are not the best and compensation is not what it should be given the cost of living."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Reward employees for meeting goals. Better/ more clear development plans"

What do you like about working at CBS Broadcasting?
"Working for a technologically advanced company that has a vision of the future. They do provide ppotuities for advancemenent, especially in highly technical fields."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to adjust how you do your job based on the subsidiary versus the home office an the parent company. Be a jack of all trades."
What don't you like about working at CBS Broadcasting?
"Following the perscription to one strategy for all operations, despite the diferences inherit to the main business strategy of their subsidiaries. I currently work for a subsidiary, and the strategy does not consider how we do business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please consider different business models whan enacting policy for the company. Cost and profit models are different and allowances should be made to incorporate the differences."
What do you like about working at The Right Thing?
"I absolutely LOVE my job and love my company. I have the flexiblity of working from home but do not feel disconnected. I work on exciting projects that are impactful. It has simply been an amazing experience."

"If you are interview for a recruiting position be sure you detail your methodology for recruiting candidates. Outside of company websites and job board postings, what else do you do to find great talent for your organization"
