What do you like about working at Sony?

"I had the great opportunity of working specifically with the Digital Imaging Product Group. As a photographer, that allowed me to match my passion with my position. There was good opportunity for growth and learning."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Professionalism balanced with current technology and style knowledge is key for working at Sony."

What don't you like about working at Sony?

"One of the main challenges was the amount of time expected. Since I worked at the retail level of the company, there was a 24/7 - 365 need. I did find it challenging that, even on vacation, I was expected to be available."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be honest, the management team I worked with at Sony were some of the best people I've worked with. Given the stressful, fast paced world that was Sony online retail presence, I feel they did a great job."
