"If you are looking for purgatory, you found it."

What do you like about working at Sony?

"During the hiring process, the company men make this seem like a dream job. Be very aware, that little to nothing is actually true that they tell you. It is a bait and switch scam, they rope you in and once your there and in deep enough that it's no longer easy to leave, well, welcome to hell."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WORK FOR SONY IN TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA!!!"

What don't you like about working at Sony?

"This isn't an easy question as the list could possibly go on forever. They reduced hours, lie consistently, cheat you out of earned bonuses, withhold alternative amounts of tax, force you to perform other tasks, force you to take periodic fake evaluations, lie, steal, have sex with my co-workers on the plant floor and force employees to lie and conceal whereabouts of management. If you enjoyed high school, this will be a dream job for you. If you are even a somewhat functioning adult, PLEASE, NO MATTER HOW DIRE YOUR FINANCIAL POSITION, DO NOT WORK FOR SONY IN TERRE HAUTE. IT IS HELL. PURE AND SIMPLE."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To die would probably be the easiest thing. They are vile and decieteful and not capable of change."

"To always be upfront about who you are. If you think you can do the job then go for it. Don't let fear hold you back from experiences in life."

"No advancement within the Information Systems Department. Also no advancement in pay scale."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always be fair and honest. Don' t let inexperience stop a person from advancement when they beleive they can do the job."

"They must be creative and have a solid technical background. Using PC's and process improvement techniques is a must."

"Upward movememnt was slow. Everone including me loved working for the company and there was very little turn over."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay innovative. It's Sony's stong suit. I actually still stay in touch with the old team and they are doing well as a company."
