"Realize that you are going into a declining industry that has NO growth potential. From the day you start, the clock is ticking against you."

"The merger killed both companies. Two opposite management styles and structures. Think of it as oil and water mixed with gas and fire. Destructive."

"Enjoy your time. Once you are let go, good luck finding work outside of the music industry."
