What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give people training, opportunity to grow, insight into what is happening with interns and up. Make a family, just feels like you got idiots that got nothing to do with music working for you on music and new talent. No wonder the music reflects the plastic behind it...change the plastic. IT STARTS WITH THE PEOPLE. I remember no one taught me how to work the phones and this guy he just fired me, the other time someone on a bigger level just called and made fun of me on his speaker phone and asked me impossible questions and again fired me out of fun and his ego. After someone else called and apologized but it was too late when you feel stepped on and molested. Oh and the HR lady too, but anyway, I am so glad I got a chance after a few years to talk about it, to tell it to you, cuz I had some of the worst experiences of my life there. It was torture. I was so angry, the system just took me for free or some pay later for a year and just abused me and spit me out, and no one even cared to ask me what I thought."
