What do you like about working at Capitol Supply?
"I like that IT stays on top of the latest technology, and that it is close to home for me. Also there is no exact set schedule I have to keep, they are flexible about time in and out. Most of the people who work here are very nice. The company also treats everyone to lunch once a month."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What don't you like about working at Capitol Supply?
"The owner has an unrealistic expectation for IT to create sales for the e-commerce website. He also does not undertsand it takes time, money and marketing to create a successful e-commerce website and generate business. The company has been profitable but they continue to take away employee benefits. We have not had any raises in 3 years, and benefits that I originally negotiated have not been upheld. They have taken away IRA match, health insurance contributions. Other colleagues also do not behave in a professional manner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To empower the employees more, and have realistic understanding and expectations about new websites."
