"I have worked for SolutionInc Ltd. for 4 years, In that time period I have received one salary increase, as a result of a threat to find alternative employment. The company is poisoned by leadership engaged in an intimate relationship (HR -- VP) of the company. And does not allow for appropriate growth or professional development. Transparency of direction and clear goals are not provided leaving most individuals in the dark. No bonuses or recalculation of employment terms has ever been performed. Expectations of employees are unrealistic given the amount of monetary compensation alongside the lack of support and growth opportunities."
