"Flexibility and nature of work involved were ideal 90% of the time."

"No, because there will not be anyone applying. This is not applicable."
What don't you like about working at Nova Artist?
"low pay - as a sole proprietor and the only employee it's a lot of work, many hours, and for little pay (most of the time). Limited Budget = limited resources"

"I enjoyed being the owner as I was able to emplement some of the best management technics I've learned over the years."

"Be presentable when applying.Honesty is best during an interview.First impressions do count."

"I did everything-purchasing, HR, budgets, etc. It was also a position that required 24 hour days, seven day weeks."

"Respect the people that work for you.Communicate constantly.Assess personnel and be honest with them."

"Being the owner if offers unlimited room for growth. I am able to utilize my entire skill set and am responsible for my own decisions. There is nothing, however, better than leaving a customer satisfied with a job well done and knowing that it was all because of myself."

"Be honest, believe in yourself and have a great attitude. No matter what you do it is always important to get along with co-workers and clients alike."

"Since the economy slowed in 2008 I haven't been doing as well as before then."

"I don't think it's my position to give advice but I would tell anybody to do something you enjoy and give it your all."

"Owning a buisiness you learn all aspect of buisiness. I had employess and love working with the different type of personalities"

"Get ready for hard work with many hours it is worth the money but take your vacation to get a break from the everyday grind you have to do to be successful"

"The hours it is hard to have a family. My buisiness was so large at one time. I worked literally 16 to 18 hours a day"

"More interaction with the vendors. The company FLOWERS is who we purchased the products from but they never cared what the vendors needed only what we bought was what they cared about"

"Be able and willing to work at many different hours and to manage your own time."

"Compensation is inadequate and sporadic - there was not a consistent income."

"I make my own hours pretty much. My clients are great and have been with me for many years."

"Yes they are hard working and pay well. The boss is easy to work for but demands excellence."

"The pay is unstable and there are no benefits like 401k or a retirement plan."

"Implement a retirement plan for the employees and a 401k plan for the security of your employees future."

"Well it was 800,000.00 per year and it was back in the eighties.I'm not sure why we are talking about Montgomery County.Yes it is a nice place to work."

"I have been solving problems in the digital world for over a decade. In the beginning, I focused on the cutting edge techology where most were unwilling to go let alone take the interactive risk. Being at Imagescapes and Front Door Media allowed me to explore and answer design needs with state of the art solutions."
What don't you like about working at Front Door Media?
"Creating and building brand in today's interactive market takes a team of dedicated professionals. Front Door Media is mostly just me. I have put together teams or outsourced what I could not complete in an effective amount of time. Bottom line, I miss working in a collaborative team environment."

"Management need to be more open to collaboration with other web companies."
