"This is more of a career preference, I am just more of a developer type. For people more into testing it would be a better environment."
"I don't have the word hate in my life, yea, but I do have love that takes my career field in which I am very passionate about, goal oriented, highly motivated Software QA Engineer, experienced in executing software testing efforts in both agile and waterfall development styles."
"Everything and nothing."
"I love being an SQA Engineer, because I really like to hear that a product that I had tested was really liked by customers."
"As a QA analyst, I have to test the originally written test cases instead of creating/implementing one. I'd like to contribute something new than working/improving other's code."
"Everything was great. Tools and developer were great."
"Challenge, innovation, creativeness."
"Being an SQA Engineer is great. You don't have developer hours nor the stresses related, but you are still in the SDLC and that is what I love."
"Loved it. Worked hard and made excellent money. Learned a lot."
"It's a good job, but have to upgrade our knowledge on different automation tools."
"I like the hands-on I had with this job. I got to troubleshoot, look for engineering design errors, manufacturing errors, product performance errors, I got to program - I loved it. As an SQA I learned how to audit, perform spec analysis for conformance - and surprisingly, there was a great deal of technical writing. What I disliked (hate is such a bad word) - was when engineers thought I was out to get them fired - when all I was doing was just trying to improve the products and the process. Another thing I was disappointed in - was how this limited my career towards only being able to do work like this. I know I am more versatile than this - but when job hunting now - you get 'boxed-in' like this - and it seems to put limits your mobility and diversity - unfortunately."
"Very flexible graphic and good teams."
"Would like to find issues and release the software without issues"
"I love to find issues and release the software without any issues."
"I love testing the limits of new software, finding issues with it and being apart of the development process. The most frustrating thing in QA is an occasional lack of communication between developers and the QA team. This sometimes results in bugs not getting fixed, testing areas of the application that are not to be tested, etc."
